This website (hereinafter referred to as "the Site", which is accessible at the URL address www.at-terroir.com, as well as its sub-domains, is a brand and property of the IBCenter - International Business Center Group (hereinafter referred to as "IBCenter"), an private hold company based in France, listed with the "regime of auto-entrepreneur" on the name of Rui Miguel GONCALVES PEREIRA DA COSTA with SIRET number 7948 2464 9000 14 at URSSAF MIDI-PYRENEES, 2 Rue Gustave Eiffel, Puygouzon, 81206 Albi - France.

2 - Contents of the Site

 

Site contents (hereinafter referred to as “the Contents”) refers to the general structure of the Site, the URL address at which it can be accessed, the corresponding domain name, the Site's visual identity, as well as the texts, images (still and animated), sounds and the At-Terroir trademarks and logos that make up the Site.

 

All total or partial reproduction of the Site or its Contents by whatsoever process, without the express prior authorisation of At-Terroir, is prohibited under article L.122-4 of the Intellectual Property Code and shall constitute an infringement punishable under articles L.335-2 et seq. of this Code.

 

The same shall apply for any total or partial extraction and/or use of any databases which may be displayed on the Site and which are the property of At-Terroir, as producer, and are protected as such by application of the provisions of articles L.341-1 et. seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.

 

 

 

3 - Hypertext links

 

Any insertion in a website or on personal pages of a hypertext link (hereinafter referred to as a “Link”) leading to the Site is prohibited without the prior express permission of At-Terroir. The insertion of links should under no circumstances be used in any context which is liable to harm At-Terroir. In all cases, At-Terroir reserves the right to request the removal of a Link appearing on a third party site. At-Terroir may not be held liable for the content of any Links on the Site leading to other Internet connections.

 

At-Terroir reserves the right to include links on its site towards other affiliated and non-affiliated sites. These sites are independent and are not edited by or subject to the control of At-Terroir. A link to any other site does not, under any circumstances, constitute an endorsement or a partnership between At-Terroir and the site. Therefore, At-Terroir shall not be responsible for contents, products, advertising or any elements or services published on these sites. 7.1 - At-Terroir personal data protection policy does not apply to:

 

- websites independent from the www.at-terroir website that have established a hyperlink or search block directing Users to service offers;

- websites working in partnership with www.at-terroir.com that have integrated one of the services on their website (co-branding);

- websites working in partnership with www.at-terroir.com that are accessible through integration in one of the offered services (co-branded websites);

- websites belonging to At-Terroir commercial partners.

 

 At-Terroir therefore advises its Users to consult the data protection policies applied by these different websites.

 

7.2 - In the event of any major difficulty or dispute with At-Terroir, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution.

 

Failing this, the Commercial Court of Nanterre shall be granted jurisdiction.

These terms and conditions of use are governed by French law.

The French version shall prevail over any translation that may have been made of these terms and conditions of use.
